A matured cheddar with a distinctive buttery yellow colour, sharp, well rounded & slightly salty flavour with a lingering finish.

Holy Goat ‘ Nectar’
Semi hard cheese with a developed natural rind during maturation. This cheese has a delicious mild savoury, buttery & sweet finishing flavour profile.

D’affinois
Soft, white mould French cows’ milk cheese with a delicious creamy, velvet texture & mild flavour.

Granny’s Blue
Blue mould, Victorian cows’ milk cheese. Mild, buttery & beautifully creamy.

Milawa King Rievr Gold
Soft, washed rind cow’s milk cheese with a beautifully creamy interior & a rind which has a rich, smokey, flavour.
