The Gold Mines Hotel offers a number of dining spaces and options including private dining rooms, courtyard and one of the top 10 beer gardens in Australia.

Celebrating the abundance of each season, utilising produce from our garden and the producers around us.
The kitchen gardens located at the rear of the hotel and at the Sedgwick property supplies the Hotel with basic produce such as lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, while also growing interesting and obscure produce to be used in the kitchen.
We are also surrounded by some wonderful producers, who are behind what makes our menu so interesting. Their endless hard work and dedication means that every week we have a vibrant selection of fresh produce, free range meats and other locally sourced produce.
