BYO Cakes Policy:  You are welcome to bring a celebration cake to The Gold Mines Hotel and consumed this as part of your booking at a fee of $5 per person. If guests would like to bring an celebration cake and not consume this on site , there is no charge. All guests must notify staff when making a booking of their intent to bring an celebration cake and their intent to have this consumed or not consumed as part of their booking.

Other external food/beverage policy:  The Gold Mines Hotel does not permit any other food or beverage to be bought onto the premise and consumed. Guests who are identified as having bought food/beverage onto the premise will be asked to leave as any such action poses a risk under the Food Safety Regulations and the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
