BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for making a booking at the Gold Mines Hotel. 

We ask that you follow the requests of the staff who are here to ensure the safety and enjoyment of you and other guests.

  • If you are unwell, please stay home.  If you arrive and are visibly unwell, you will be asked to leave

  • Our ‘no show’ policy is as follows:
    Should a member of your group fail to show and we have not been given at least 24 hours notice, the organiser of the booking will incur a $50 charge for each person that fails to arrive. 

  • You are welcome to bring a cake.  We can present that cake to the table for you and then plate the cake for your guests.  We charge $5 per person for the cake to be consumed at the Gold Mines Hotel.

  • It is important that you and your guests arrive at the designated booking time as your table may be required 2 hours after your designated booking time for a subsequent booking.  

    Should you not agree with the above terms and conditions, please feel free to contact us to discuss otherwise receipt of the terms and conditions via a valid book constitutes acceptance. We thank you for your understanding.


 
 
 

Reservations are encouraged to be made online via our online reservation system. 

If you are unable to make a reservation online or you wish to make a booking for a group larger than 20, please call us on 03 5443 3004 . If the Hotel is unattended or you call during a service time, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.

We can cater to most dietaries/allergies given 48 hours notice. Please include any special dietary requirements in your booking request.

Surcharge applies of Sunday 10% and Public Holidays 15%. This charge is designed to reflect the cost of operating on both a Sunday and Public holiday.   Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to you joining us.
